We are seeking an experienced End-to-EndSenior Technical Business Analystto join a strategic Credit as a Service transformation program. In this role, you will drive business and technology outcomes across the customer credit assessment, onboarding, decisioning, billing and customer lifecycle journey, working closely with stakeholders across business, product, architecture, engineering, risk, compliance, and third-party service providers.
You will lead end-to-end business analysis activities, from requirements elicitation and documentation through to solution design support, delivery, testing, and business transition. The role involves analysing current and future state processes, identifying business impacts across digital platforms and enterprise systems, and defining user stories, business rules, process flows, and data requirements.
Working across API-led integrations and complex system landscapes, you will partner with architects, engineers, product teams and external vendors to ensure business requirements are translated into scalable technical solutions. You will support integration initiatives spanning customer onboarding, credit decisioning, billing, customer account management, and external service providers.
This is a highly collaborative role requiring strong stakeholder engagement and the ability to facilitate workshops across business, technology, product, operations, risk, compliance, and vendor teams. You will identify opportunities to improve business processes, simplify customer journeys, enhance credit decisioning outcomes, and support operational readiness throughout the delivery lifecycle.
