Qualifications

• 5+ years of proven experience as a Business Analyst, ideally within a digital or technology-driven environment.
• Has a strong understanding of databases, APIs, and reporting tools, with an ability to mentor others.
• Expert in eliciting and analysing complex technical requirements, including system analysis and data modelling.
• Skilled at analysing business processes to identify inefficiencies and recommend improvements.
• Able to collaborate with teams to design solutions that meet user needs and document them clearly.
