The Reserve Bank of Australia invites an experienced Business Analyst to join the Cyber Program in Sydney CBD. You will bridge business and technology teams to deliver complex enterprise change, with a focus on cybersecurity initiatives and hybrid delivery models.

This 12-month contract role emphasizes requirements gathering, process mapping, stakeholder engagement, and rigorous documentation. Successful candidates bring at least five years of BA experience in financial services, strong

Competenze

Minimum 5 years' BA experience in financial services or banking.
Proven experience in Cybersecurity programs.
Experience with Agile-Waterfall hybrid delivery.
Proficiency in requirements gathering, process mapping, and stakeholder engagement.
Excellent communication and documentation skills.
Plan and manage the Business Analysis approach to any project or BAU initiatives.
Translate complex business, strategic and technical information concisely for diverse audiences.
Strong experience in business process modelling, current-state and future-state analysis, requirements elicitation, traceability, prioritisation, validation, and stakeholder sign-off.
Understand, document and communicate the objectives, drivers and business value proposition of a change.
Perform solution evaluation during procurement, Proof of Concept, pilot and post implementation phases to ensure appropriate quality and fitness for purpose.
