Arventa is seeking a Technical Lead/Senior Developer to guide a distributed development team in building scalable software using NET Core, React, and Azure. The role blends hands-on development with leadership and requires fostering Agile best practices across regions.

The ideal candidate will drive architecture decisions, ensure code quality, and collaborate with stakeholders to deliver high-impact features while maintaining strong delivery discipline and cross-functional alignment.

Qualifications

Proven experience as Technical Lead or Senior Developer in NET Core and React ecosystems.
Strong Agile facilitation and Scrum ceremonies experience.
Solid understanding of Git workflows and software quality practices.
Familiarity with CI/CD pipelines, especially in Azure environments.

Responsibilities

Lead a high-performing Agile team across regions including developers and QA analysts.
Facilitate Scrum ceremonies to drive continuous improvement.
Provide technical leadership on architecture, coding standards, and development best practices.
Conduct code reviews focusing on security, performance, and maintainability.
Act as liaison between developers, QA, product stakeholders and leadership for aligned delivery.
