Job summary

You will mentor engineers, uphold code quality, and balance hands-on coding with leadership in a hybrid Australia-based role.

• Facilitate Scrum ceremonies including daily stand-ups, sprint planning, retrospectives and reviews.
• Provide technical leadership on architecture, coding standards and development best practices across the full stack.

• Act as a key liaison between developers, QA, product stakeholders and leadership.
