Arventa is seeking a Technical Lead to mentor a distributed development team and drive delivery of scalable software using .NET Core, React, and Azure. You will lead Agile practices, ensure code quality, and balance hands-on development with leadership across time zones.

The role emphasizes architectural guidance, CI/CD, and DevOps support while exploring AI/LLMs to enhance the product. A hybrid Australia-wide work model is expected.

Qualifications

• Proven experience as a Technical Lead or Senior Developer in NET Core and React.
• Led Agile teams and facilitated Scrum ceremonies across regions.
• Strong Git workflows, code reviews, and software quality practices.
• Familiarity with CI/CD pipelines in Azure environments.
• Excellent communication across time zones and cultures.
• Balance hands-on development with leadership responsibilities.

Responsibilities

• Lead a high-performing Agile team across regions including developers and QA analysts.
• Facilitate Scrum ceremonies to drive continuous improvement.
• Provide technical leadership on architecture, standards, and best practices.
• Conduct code reviews for security, performance, and maintainability.
• Coordinate between developers, QA, product stakeholders, and leadership.
• Develop and maintain backend services with .NET Core.
• Build frontend with React and modern UI patterns.
• Design microservices and manage Azure cloud infrastructure.
• Support DevOps, CI/CD, and AI/LLM experimentation.
