Job description

Blue Mountains City Council – Springwood NSW

This position provides an effective and reliable waste removal service for the community. Predominantly the position will be supervising the Booked Waste Collection teams.

You will require a HR driver’s licence, a Construction Induction Certificate and ideally, experience or knowledge of waste collection services. You will have good interpersonal skills, digital literacy with proven ability to provide quality customer service, work safely, effectively with a team. You will also be required to be enthusiastic, flexible, demonstrate and encourage a positive culture.

Remuneration: base salary commencing at $79,483 gross per annum

• adverse working conditions allowance of $2,727 gross per annum
• 12% superannuation
• annual performance-based salary increases / bonus (1-3.5%)
• annual award increase
