Job summary

PKF Sydney is seeking a senior tax accountant to join the Tax team in the heart of Sydney CBD. You will manage client relationships, deliver high-quality tax and advisory services, and mentor junior staff.

Qualifications

• CA or CPA qualification required.
• 3 to 5+ years' experience in a similar role.
• Experience within a mid-tier, Big 4, or professional services environment.
• Strong technical accounting and taxation knowledge.
• Proficiency in Xero and MYOB.

Responsibilities

• Prepare and review income tax returns and financial statements.
• Prepare management reports and provide meaningful business insights.
• Review and prepare BAS and IAS returns.
• Prepare interim financial accounts.
• Assist clients with tax planning and advisory solutions.
• Mentor and develop junior staff members.
• Present financial information and recommendations to clients.
