Qualifications

• 5+ years of corporate or search firm recruiting with full lifecycle experience.

Responsibilities

• Work closely with business leaders to understand roles and responsibilities and develop effective recruiting strategies.
• Build and maintain a network of potential candidates through proactive market research and ongoing relationship management.
• Ensure sourcing channels are fully utilized, including referrals, internal CRM, career portals, and job fairs.
• Be a subject matter expert on the talent market and contribute ideas to long-range talent strategy.
• Implement new processes and refine recruitment workflows to deliver high-quality results.
• Actively participate in recruitment efforts, focusing on skills assessment to select top candidates.
• Manage recruitment data with a data-driven approach to improve operational excellence.
• Spend time educating hiring managers and interviewers on recruitment best practices and interview skills training.
