Job summary

Jobtailor is seeking an experienced Talent Acquisition Partner to lead end-to-end recruitment across technology, telecommunications, and related fields. You will partner with senior leaders, manage multiple vacancies, and build proactive talent pipelines to shorten time-to-fill.

You will own the candidate experience from first contact to onboarding, drive best practices and stakeholder engagement, and support employer branding campaigns while collaborating with agencies as needed.

Qualifications

• Proven experience in an internal Talent Acquisition or Recruitment Partner role.
• Minimum 5–8 years Recruitment/Talent Experience.
• Experience recruiting within technology, telecommunications, cloud, cyber security, data centres or related industries would be desirable
• Strong senior stakeholder management skills with the ability to influence at all levels
• Confident sourcing and attracting passive talent in competitive markets
• Commercial mindset with a proactive and solutions-focused approach
• Excellent communication and relationship-building skills
• Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
• Agency recruitment experience highly regarded
