Job summary

Macquarie Technology Group in Sydney is seeking a Senior Talent Acquisition Partner to join the People & Culture team. You will partner with senior leaders across technical, sales and corporate functions to attract exceptional talent and influence hiring strategy.

You’ll act as a trusted advisor, strengthen employer branding, and deliver end-to-end recruitment solutions with a focus on quality candidate experiences.

Qualifications

• Minimum 5–8 years recruitment/Talent Acquisition experience.
• Experience recruiting within technology, telecommunications, cloud, cyber security, data centres or related industries is desirable.
• Strong senior stakeholder management with ability to influence at all levels.
• Confident in sourcing and attracting passive talent in competitive markets.
• Commercial mindset with proactive, solutions-focused approach.
• Excellent communication and relationship-building skills.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
• Agency recruitment experience is advantageous.

What We’re Looking For

• Proven experience in an internal Talent Acquisition or Recruitment Partner role - Minimum 5-8 years Recruitment/ Talent Experience.
• Experience recruiting within technology, telecommunications, cloud, cyber security, data centres or related industries would be desirable.
• Strong senior stakeholder management skills with the ability to influence at all levels
• Confident sourcing and attracting passive talent in competitive markets
• Commercial mindset with a proactive and solutions-focused approach
• Excellent communication and relationship-building skills
• Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
• Agency recruitment experience highly regarded
