Job summary

Cambridge Design Partnership is seeking a Systems Engineering and Product Ownership lead to guide complex products from feasibility through verification. You’ll manage multidisciplinary teams and translate stakeholder needs into testable requirements.

You’ll shape architectures, manage interfaces across hardware, embedded software, controls and mechanics, and drive risk reduction and design maturity in a highly regulated environment, with hands-on engineering involvement.

Qualifications

• Translates stakeholder needs into testable system requirements.
• Shapes system architecture and long-term technical roadmaps across teams.
• Defines interfaces between hardware, embedded software, controls and mechanical subsystems.
• Establishes and tracks key performance budgets (power, timing, throughput).
• Hands-on approach to solving complex engineering problems and root-causing issues.

Responsibilities

• Define and maintain system requirements linked to stakeholder needs.
• Shape system architecture and long-term technical roadmaps across teams.
• Define interfaces between hardware, embedded software, controls and mechanics.
