Job summary
L3Harris Australia, operating as Integrated Mission Systems Australia, is seeking a Senior Systems Engineer to deliver and review contracted engineering outputs for underwater range tracking capabilities. You will collaborate with software, V&V, Safety, Cyber, CM & ILS to deliver artefacts and support CDRLs for SEA-1180 programs, with occasional local travel to Henderson and Garden Island, WA.

Qualifications
- Experience in the Systems Engineering Lifecycle.
- Australian Defence Security Clearance to NV1.
- Defence industry experience preferred.
- Degree in Communications/Electrical/Electronics/Systems Engineering or similar.
- Development of specifications, requirements, design and test procedures.
- Knowledge of operation of communications equipment and systems.
Responsibilities
- Support the production and delivery of engineering documentation across the project lifecycle.
- Support the technical solutions (systems definition, design and architecture) throughout the lifecycle.
- Consider design for testing, maintenance and support.
- Collaborate with software, V&V, Safety, Cyber, CM & ILS functions.
