Job summary

Pinaka is seeking Systems Baseline Engineering Lead for LC4ISREW program at Russell Offices, ACT. The role requires active Australian Negative Vetting Level 1 security clearance and will coordinate with Defence and industry to modernise capability baselines and architectures.

You will lead requirements, architecture integration, and program artefact development while ensuring traceability and interoperability across Land, Joint, and Defence capabilities. Some off-site work may be required.

Qualifications

• Demonstrated experience developing, refining, and managing complex capability and system requirements across multiple projects.
• Demonstrated experience applying MBSE and contemporary digital engineering methodologies.
• Ability to engage Defence stakeholders including Army, industry and other partners.

Responsibilities

• Develop and refine capability scope, requirements, and engineering inputs to support continual modernisation of LC4ISREW capabilities.
• Translate strategic guidance and operational needs into coherent technical requirements.
• Support requirements analysis, decomposition, traceability, andPrioritisation across projects and products.
• Lead the development, maintenance and evolution of LC4ISREW capability baselines.
• Contribute to the development and review of program artefacts including capability frameworks and system definitions.
• Maintain visibility and traceability between requirements, architectures, and interfaces.
• Assess impact of proposed changes on baselines and related projects.
• Ensure system-of-systems integration considerations across LC4ISREW portfolio.
