Job summary

Gosourcing Pty Ltd is seeking a Senior Systems Analyst (EL1 level) to lead the analysis, design and documentation of ICT solutions supporting cyber uplift and security operations across government systems.

You will work with stakeholders, architects, engineers and delivery teams to translate cyber security requirements into fit-for-purpose technical solutions, covering vulnerability management, IAM and cloud security in a large-scale environment.

Qualifications

• Demonstrated experience delivering cyber security uplift and compliance within large ICT environments.
• Experience applying cyber security frameworks (PSPF, ISM, Essential Eight, NIST).
• Ability to translate cyber security requirements into technical solutions and risk reduction strategies.

Responsibilities

• Analyse and document cyber security uplift initiatives and requirements.
• Develop system specifications and designs for remediation and risk reduction.
• Support accreditation, assurance and compliance through documenting controls and dependencies.
• Collaborate with security, infrastructure, engineering and operations teams.
• Perform testing planning, execution reviews and defect management.
• Manage lifecycle of changes and improvements to systems.
• Lead and mentor team members to improve performance and engagement.
