Job summary

Hatchit Studios is seeking experienced Senior Systems Analysts to support a federal government client's Cyber Uplift Program and broader cyber security transformation initiatives. You will analyse, design and document ICT solutions that strengthen cyber security capabilities, reduce organisational risk and improve compliance across complex enterprise environments.

Qualifications

• Experience as a Senior Systems Analyst in large-scale cyber security uplift.
• Strong requirements gathering, design and documentation skills.
• Knowledge of PSPF, ISM and Essential Eight frameworks.
• Experience with IAM, vulnerability management and security monitoring.
• Ability to engage stakeholders including executives and technical teams.

Responsibilities

• Analyse and document business, functional and technical requirements for cyber uplift.
• Develop system specifications, designs and technical documentation.
• Support vulnerability management, IAM, security monitoring and compliance.
• Assess ICT systems for security gaps and improvements.
• Develop process models, data flows and architecture artefacts.
• Collaborate with security architects, infra teams and engineers.
• Support accreditation, SSPs and SRAs.
• Conduct feasibility assessments, testing and QA.
• Ensure alignment with government cyber security frameworks.
