Job summary

The Bridge Incorporated is seeking a Senior Support Worker for a brand-new Specialist Disability Accommodation home in Noble Park. This part-time permanent role focuses on direct participant support and a leadership presence to foster best practice and a strong team culture.

As a hands-on leader, you will guide your team, ensure quality supporter delivery, and work to achieve positive outcomes for participants and families while embedding safeguarding and person-centred care across the home.
