Job summary

Anduril Industries in Sydney, Australia, seeks a Senior Supply Planner to own the line of balance, maintain MRP accuracy, and drive supply plans across procurement, production and engineering for advanced defense hardware.

You will partner with design and manufacturing to align build requirements, manage long-lead items, and ensure material availability to meet the master schedule while mitigating supply risks through data-driven decisions.

Qualifications

• 7+ years in supply planning or related roles in hardware manufacturing
• Experience with line of balance and clear-to-build processes across multi-level BOMs
• Experience maintaining schedule adherence in rate production or NPI environments

Responsibilities

• Partner with design and manufacturing to accelerate product development and cost modeling
• Own and maintain line of balance for assigned programs, aligning material plans to master build schedule
• Drive and support CTB reviews before each build phase and ensure materials and long-lead items are on track
• Collaborate with procurement to mitigate supply risks and re-sequence as needed
• Track schedule adherence metrics and perform root-cause analysis for misses
• Maintain MRP/ERP data accuracy and align demand signals with baselines
• Support cost engineering to converge bottom-up cost curves and maximize total cost of ownership
• Support new product introduction by developing initial supply plans from BOMs and ECOs
