You will lead a team, maintain inventory accuracy, implement best practices for warehousing and logistics, and coordinate with third-party providers to meet service levels while driving cost efficiency and continuous improvement.

Qualifications

• Proven leadership experience in managing teams and large-scale operations.

Responsibilities

• Oversee inventory control, stock levels, and replenishment to meet operational requirements.
• Implement best practices for warehouse operations, including safety, security, and compliance.
• Using ‘Unleashed ’to ensure accurate inventory records through regular audits and reporting.
• Help develop and maintain efficient processes for stock management, order tracking, and delivery planning.
• Plan and manage transportation and distribution strategies to meet service level agreements.
• Identify areas for process improvements and propose actionable solutions to optimise delivery routes, schedules, and modes of transport to reduce costs and improve efficiency.
• Coordinate with third-party logistics providers to ensure service reliability.
• Lead, mentor, and develop a team of supply and distribution staff.
• Collaborate cross-functionally with operations, sales, and finance to align supply chain strategies with business goals.
• Foster a culture of continuous improvement and operational excellence.
