Job summary

EeezaHome is seeking a Supply and Distribution Manager to lead and coordinate purchasing, inventory, storage and distribution across Australia. The role will develop strategies to improve product availability, cost efficiency and business growth for the Australian operations.

You will oversee supplier relations, warehousing and logistics, optimise stock movements and partner with internal teams to ensure timely, accurate delivery of products nationwide.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent in a related field.
• Minimum 5 years in supply chain, purchasing, logistics or distribution.
• Experience in a senior supply and distribution role.

Responsibilities

• Develop, implement and monitor purchasing, inventory, storage and distribution strategies to support product availability, cost efficiency and growth of EeezaHome's Australian operations.
• Plan and control inventory levels, replenishment and stock movements, ensuring adequate product availability while minimising excess stock and costs.
• Lead supplier and logistics management, including negotiating terms and coordinating purchasing, inbound supply, warehousing and distribution to meet requirements.
• Oversee inventory and supply chain systems, analyse records and use data to improve forecasting and stock control.
• Coordinate with internal teams, suppliers, warehouses, logistics providers and distribution partners to ensure efficient movement and delivery of products across Australia.
• Lead the supply and distribution function, supervise staff, monitor performance and drive continuous improvement.
