Job summary

Archer Daniels Midland Company (ADM) is seeking a senior supply chain leader to define strategy and drive S&OP across India and South Asia. You will lead OEM management, logistics, and a diverse team to deliver outstanding service to customers, balancing demand and supply with strong business acumen.

You will oversee end-to-end supply chain activities, including customer service, planning, warehousing, and transport, while advancing continuous improvement and talent development across locations.

Qualifications

• 10 years of experience across customer service, logistics, import/export and supply chain projects.
• 5+ years in people management with a bachelor’s degree.
• Proven ability to build customer relationships and deliver customer-centric solutions.
• Experience with OEM/toll manufacturing end-to-end projects is a plus.
• Strong S&OP, MPS, MRP and capacity planning skills.
• Fluent English in writing and speaking.
• Background in food & beverage or FMCG preferred.
• Bachelor degree or equivalent.

Responsibilities

• Define a supply chain strategy and roadmap with clear KPIs aligned to business objectives.
• Lead the S&OP process to improve forecast accuracy, inventory optimization and service levels.
• Lead OEM management and ensure supply of finished products to customers.
• Build and lead the customer service team to meet timelines and contracts.
• Own local and export logistics with a network of quality providers.
• Manage New Product Development with cross-functional stakeholders.
• Develop SOPs to drive continuous learning and process improvements.
• Motivate multi-location teams to maintain high engagement and performance.
