Job summary

Haltech is seeking a highly skilled Supply Chain Manager to own the end-to-end flow from raw materials to finished goods in our Western Sydney operations.

You will lead a team of 8 across Planning, Purchasing, Distribution, Warehousing and Inventory, develop the strategy, manage the budget and drive continuous improvement. This is a senior role in a fast-paced automotive electronics environment that values ownership and proactive problem-solving.

Qualifications

• Degree in supply chain, logistics, operations or business.
• 7+ years in supply chain with 3+ years leading multi-function teams.
• Hands-on experience across planning, purchasing, warehousing, distribution and inventory control.
• Strong ERP/MRP knowledge; NetSuite preferred.
• Experience with international freight, import/export and customs processes.
• Advanced Excel and strong analytical skills; KPI reporting.
• Excellent negotiation, communication and stakeholder management.
• Understanding WHS obligations in a warehouse environment.

Responsibilities

• Lead and develop a team across planning, purchasing, distribution and inventory.
• Develop and deliver supply chain strategy and annual plan; manage budget.
• Own S&OP process with Sales, Engineering, Production and Finance.
• Set stocking policies, safety stock, reorder points.
• Oversee supplier selection, negotiations and performance.
• Oversee inbound/outbound freight, customs and compliance.
• Maintain NetSuite data integrity and KPI reporting.
• Ensure WHS, trade, customs compliance and audits.
