Job summary

Rocketdyne is seeking a Senior Associate to support material management operations using practical knowledge of established processes and procedures. Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree with at least 2 years of related experience.
• Graduate degree with 0–2 years of related experience.

Responsibilities

• Identify and resolve material management issues using standard procedures, prior experience, and basic analysis.
• Make basic adjustments to systems and processes to address operational needs.
• Communicate with internal teams, customers, and vendors to explain processes, practices, and procedures.
• Contribute to project milestones and departmental results.
• Provide guidance and assistance to entry-level professionals and support staff, as needed.
