Job summary

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Mechatronics, Electrical, Electronics Engineering, or related discipline.
• 5+ years of quality engineering experience in a manufacturing environment.
• Experience with ISO 9001 quality management systems and related regulatory requirements.

Responsibilities

• Support deployment and improvement of the site QMS to meet internal and regulatory requirements.
• Lead product and process quality activities across the lifecycle (NPI, process validation, FAI).
• Perform and maintain risk analyses (FMEA, DFMEA, PFMEA) and support investigations of non-conformances and CAPA.
• Develop and maintain quality documentation including control plans, ITPs, and Certificates of Compliance.
• Collaborate with Engineering, Operations and R&D to ensure robust process control and continuous improvement.
