Job summary

Betashares Capital in Australia seeks an experienced Support professional to deliver frontline service to Betashares Super customers, across email, chat and phone, while serving as a subject matter expert on superannuation.

You will train and uplift the team, create knowledge content, and partner with Product, Engineering, Operations and Compliance to improve customer journeys and platform outcomes.

Qualifications

• 3+ years experience in superannuation or financial services.
• Strong knowledge of member administration and core journeys.
• Experience delivering frontline customer support across channels.
• Ability to explain complex concepts in plain English.
• Experience coaching and mentoring teammates.
• Attention to detail in regulated environments.

Responsibilities

• Deliver high-quality frontline support to Betashares Super customers across channels.
• Handle escalations and complex inquiries on superannuation topics.
• Coach and train team members on super concepts and processes.
• Maintain internal documentation and knowledge articles.
• Collaborate with Product, Engineering, Operations and Compliance to improve workflows.
