Job summary

Hostplus is seeking a Member Services Officer to join the ServicePlus Centre in Australia. You will deliver professional, informative and supportive service to members, employers and stakeholders across superannuation and insurance matters.

You will work with colleagues to coordinate requests, support member journeys and uphold a high standard of service and accuracy on a daily basis.

Qualifications

• Experience in a customer-focused service environment.
• Proactive service mindset and relationship management.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Knowledge of superannuation and life insurance products.
• RG146 certification or ability to achieve competency within 12 months.

Responsibilities

• Provide high-quality service across a broad range of enquiries.
• Coordinate documentation and support member requests.
• Contribute to a consistent and positive member experience.
• Meet individual and team quality, productivity and lead generation targets.
