Job summary

Qualifications

• Requires bachelor’s degree or international equivalent.
• 8–10 years relevant experience or 12–14 years of relevant work experience.
• Experience administering moderately complex construction industry (sub)contracts.

Responsibilities

• Implements the Supply Chain Assignment Schedule and standard work processes for Subcontract Management.
• Manages assigned subcontracts with progress reviews and forecasting.
• Coordinates with staff on operational activities affecting rights and obligations, subcontract performance, and other major matters.
• Manage moderately complex contract changes by negotiating with customer personnel and obtaining settlement.
• Conforms and ensures subcontract execution.
• Directs negotiation in the commitment of subcontracts.
• Develops and issues subcontracts and services agreements as assigned.
• Prepares bidders' lists and pre-qualifies bidders.
• Forms bid request packages and issues them to approved bidders.
• Coordinates bidders' questions and answers.
• Receives bids and evaluates commercially.
• Prepares Commercial Bid Summary and recommendations.
• Prepares subcontract documents for execution.
