Creating next level colour, blondes, transformations, hair extensions and precision cuts
Delivering a luxury experience from the moment your client sits down to the moment they walk out obsessed
Running confident consultations that increase average spend and rebooking
Bringing positive, grounded, infectious energy to the salon floor
Supporting and mentoring juniors without ego
Contributing to team goals and celebrating the wins
