First things first, you need to be bloody good at hair.

Not "I’ve been doing it for years so I must be good" good.

We mean the kind of good where your work speaks for itself, your clients trust your recommendations, and you genuinely care about the result walking out the door.

You’ll fit right in if:

• You have at least 5 years of experience as a qualified hairdresser, with strong senior-level skills.
• You're confident in cutting, colouring, blonding, styling and creating beautiful, wearable hair.
• You have a particular passion or specialty, whether that’s blondes, extensions, colour transformations, precision cutting or something else you do exceptionally well.
• You understand that working efficiently and delivering incredible results can absolutely go hand in hand.
• You know the difference between giving a guest what they ask for and helping them understand what will actually work for their hair.
• You're brilliant at consultations because listening is just as important as technical skill.
• You take pride in your work, your presentation and the little details that make a big difference.
• You know how to build relationships that turn first-time guests into lifelong regulars.
• You can manage your column, your timing and your day without someone constantly looking over your shoulder.
• You're comfortable sharing your experience and helping less experienced team members develop.
• You're confident enough to contribute ideas, open enough to receive feedback and professional enough to know the difference.
• You bring good energy, a great attitude and absolutely no unnecessary salon drama.

And most importantly? You still love hairdressing.
