Job summary

Sarmo & Co. Hair Studio in Melbourne, Australia is seeking a Senior Stylist to deliver cutting, colour and styling with a calm, personalised client experience from consultation to farewell.

You will benefit from ongoing in-house and external education, including L'Oreal and Kérastase training, and have the chance to grow a loyal client base while contributing to a growing brand from day one. Compensation is $32–$42 per hour plus performance bonuses.

Qualifications

• 3+ years' experience as a qualified hairdresser.
• Strong skills across cutting, colour and styling.
• Warm, professional communication and client care.
• Pride in presentation, hygiene and attention to detail.
• Existing client base welcome but not essential.

Job description

As a Senior Stylist you'll deliver curated cut, colour and styling work while giving every client a calm, personalised experience from consultation to farewell. You'll be supported by a structured and proven systems that lets you focus on your craft: online bookings through Fresha, a front-of-house team and clear service standards.

About you

3+ years' experience as a qualified hairdresser
