Job summary

GRAYA is seeking a Structural Foreman to lead on luxury multi-residential projects on the Gold Coast and Brisbane. You will support the Site Manager and Project Manager, coordinating structural and facade works and managing trades, cranage, and site logistics to deliver on programme milestones.

You will drive safety, quality, and site presentation standards and lead from the front in fast-moving environments, ensuring clean, well-managed sites and effective teamwork.

Qualifications

• Experience leading structural and/or facade works on multi-residential sites.
• Ability to manage trades, cranage, deliveries and site logistics.
• Strong knowledge of WHS/OHS obligations and safe work practices.
• Confident communicator and team leader with autonomy while aligning to project leadership.

Responsibilities

• Support the Site Manager with day-to-day management of structural and facade works.
• Coordinate structural subcontractors and oversee crane operations and lifts.
• Drive short-term program updates and weekly site planning.
• Ensure site safety, quality, and presentation standards are maintained.
