Harris Kmon Solutions in Darwin is seeking a Senior Structural Engineer to lead high-quality design across buildings and infrastructure, delivering technical leadership within a national team and building strong client relationships.

You will mentor graduates, oversee design documentation, perform site visits, and contribute to business growth while staying current with Australian standards and industry best practice.

Qualificações

• Extensive experience in structural design and project delivery in Australian consulting or local government.
• Chartered or Registered Professional Engineer status, able to certify structural designs.
• Strong knowledge of Australian Standards and NCC.
• Experience delivering structural solutions across buildings, infrastructure and foundations.
• Proficient in structural analysis and documentation software (SPACE GASS).
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
• Willingness to travel to site regional/remote locations.

Responsabilidades

• Deliver structural engineering design and consulting across building and infrastructure projects.
• Lead the design and documentation of steel, reinforced concrete, masonry and timber structures.
• Undertake site inspections, structural assessments and reporting.
• Provide technical leadership and mentoring to graduates and junior engineers.
• Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to deliver high-quality outcomes.
• Build and maintain client relationships and project partnerships.
• Identify opportunities to support business development and growth.
• Support continuous improvement and knowledge sharing across the team.
