Qualifications

• 6–10 years of experience in structural engineering.
• Demonstrated experience on complex commercial and industrial projects.
• Bachelor of Civil Engineering (or equivalent).
• CPEng status or working towards it.
• Member of Engineers Australia.

Responsibilities

• Lead projects from planning to completion, ensuring client satisfaction and efficient delivery.
• Sign off on calculations, drawings and reports.
• Manage and monitor workloads across juniors, ensuring high-quality outputs.
• Provide technical oversight and resolve complex engineering challenges.
• Represent the company in key meetings and maintain strong external relationships.
• Mentor and develop junior engineers and support team cohesion.
• Conduct peer reviews of project deliverables.
• Contribute to the development of internal standards and procedures.
• Ensure all work complies with HSEQ and regulatory requirements.
• Maintain current industry knowledge and actively engage in professional development.
