Job summary

MLEI Group in Adelaide is seeking a Senior Structural Engineer to take ownership of projects from concept through to detailed design and construction support within a collaborative, technically strong team. You will lead project lifecycles, manage client relationships and guide junior engineers while delivering safe, cost‑effective outcomes aligned with Australian Standards and NCC requirements.

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in Structural or Civil Engineering (minimum).
Pro registration (NER); Chartered or RPEQ highly regarded or working toward.
6–10 years' local structural design experience in buildings.
Proven project delivery and client-facing track record.
Proficiency in ETABS, SpaceGass and RAM; BIM coordination is a plus.
Strong knowledge of Australian Standards and NCC requirements.
Experience leading project teams and understanding lateral stability, earthquake and wind设计.
Excellent communication, teamwork and stakeholder management skills.
Ability to develop project scopes and proposals.
