Job summary

Lifted (an Upwork Company) is seeking experienced Structural Engineers to design and evaluate AI training tasks in structural engineering. You will create problem statements, develop reference solutions, and apply OpenSees for realistic simulations.

You will review AI outputs for accuracy against design codes and provide detailed feedback. The role is fully remote with a flexible schedule and project-based workload.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Civil or Structural Engineering required.
• Hands-on experience in structural analysis and design.
• Experience writing clear, technical documentation.

Responsibilities

• Design realistic AI training tasks based on structural engineering concepts.
• Create engineering problem statements covering analysis, design, and code compliance.
• Develop reference solutions and deterministic scoring criteria.
• Build tasks using OpenSees and other methodologies.
• Review AI-generated solutions for technical accuracy and compliance.
• Provide structured feedback to improve AI performance.
