Job summary

PCR Talent is seeking a Senior Structural Engineer on the Gold Coast to join a boutique consultancy known for technical excellence and close collaboration. You will work directly with experienced Directors and contribute to a diverse portfolio of commercial, residential and institutional projects.

You should have 5–6 years' buildings consulting experience and be proficient in ETABS, RAPT, SpaceGass, and ideally Revit.

Qualifications

• Over 5-6 years' buildings consulting experience.
• Proficiency with structural analysis software.
• Ability to take ownership and contribute to design decisions.

Responsibilities

• Collaborate closely with Directors and senior staff.
• Influence design decisions and client-facing outcomes.
• Manage projects from concept through to completion.
• Ensure delivery aligns with project brief and quality standards.
