Job summary

Atom Resources is seeking expressions of interest from Senior Structural Engineers to join our growing Sydney team. We have positions in the temporary works team, high‑rise buildings and data centres.

You will apply deep engineering principles to devise practical and economical solutions, produce designs and documentation, and liaise with engineers and drafters to deliver high‑quality work. The role includes team leadership and client relationship development.

Qualifications

• Membership of Engineers Australia is expected.
• Strong knowledge of the BCA and relevant Australian Standards.

Responsibilities

• Apply engineering principles to devise practical, economical solutions for projects of reasonable complexity.
• Produce designs, documentation, specifications, reports and fee proposals to meet client needs.
• Prepare client reports as required.
• Monitor projects for fee variations.
• Liaise with engineers and drafters to produce documentation.
• Lead design team of engineers and drafters, allocating resources and reviewing work on small projects when needed.
• Develop and maintain client relationships.
