Job summary

S&you Australia is seeking an experienced Senior Structural Engineer to join our Melbourne CBD team. You will lead the design and delivery of structural projects, manage client relationships, and mentor junior engineers, contributing to our growth and leadership development plans.

Ideal candidates will have a strong Civil/Structural background, proven project delivery across concept to construction, and a track record of collaborating with diverse design teams within Australia.

Qualifications

• Bachelor of Engineering (Civil/Structural) or equivalent.
• Substantial experience in a structural consulting environment.
• Strong technical knowledge of structural design and Australian Standards.
• Proven experience delivering building and development projects from concept through to construction.
• Experience managing clients, stakeholders and project teams.
• Proficiency with relevant structural analysis and design software.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Demonstrated leadership capability and a desire to progress into a senior leadership position.

• Manage project budgets, programmes and delivery outcomes.
• Coordinate with clients, architects, developers, contractors and multidisciplinary design teams.

• Ensure designs comply with relevant Australian Standards and industry best practice.
