Job summary

ADP Consulting is seeking a Senior BIM Designer | Structural with 5+ years in building structures to join our team in Brisbane or Sydney. You will create high-quality Revit models and detailed documentation across all project stages, coordinating with engineers and the design team.

You will ensure model accuracy, constructability and BIM standard compliance, support clash detection, and contribute to digital delivery improvements. Applicants must reside in Australia with full working rights.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of BIM Designer or Modeller experience in building structures.
• Proficient in Revit; Navisworks/AutoCAD/BIM 360 is a plus.
• Familiar with Australian Standards, the NCC and structural BIM.
• Strong eye for documentation quality and model integrity.
• Clear communication with project team and stakeholders.

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with structural engineers and the design team to produce coordinated BIM models and documentation across all stages.
• Model structural systems including reinforced concrete, steel framing and precast elements.
• Ensure model accuracy, constructability and BIM standard compliance.
• Support clash detection and digital coordination to improve delivery outcomes.
