Qualifications

• 5+ years of BIM and Revit experience in building services consulting.
• Proficient in Revit MEP and producing detailed mechanical models across project stages.
• Experience managing federated models and leading clash detection processes.
• Ownership of BIM standards, templates and workflows within the team.
• Able to collaborate with engineers to translate design intent into coordinated models.

Responsibilities

• Produce and manage detailed Revit models across diverse projects.
• Coordinate with mechanical engineers and project leads to ensure accuracy.
• Manage federated models and lead clash detection for multidisciplinary coordination.
