ADP Consulting in Melbourne seeks a Senior BIM Designer to lead BIM in the Mechanical team. You will produce detailed Revit models, manage federated models and own BIM standards across projects, collaborating with engineers and project leads to ensure design intent is accurately translated into constructible models.
The role emphasizes senior-level BIM leadership, model quality, and streamlined multidisciplinary coordination within a diverse project portfolio.
Inspire a better world through influence and design.
Ready to bring your BIM expertise to a team where the quality of the model is taken as seriously as the quality of the engineering behind it?
We are growing our Building Services team and looking for an experienced Senior BIM Designer to join our Mechanical team in Melbourne. You will bring 5 or more years of BIM experience in building services and you are already operating at a senior level, with a track record of producing high-quality models, managing federated models and shaping the BIM environment around you, not just working within it.

You will be the senior BIM presence within the Melbourne Mechanical team, producing and managing detailed Revit models across a diverse portfolio of projects and sectors. Working closely with mechanical engineers and project leads, you will translate engineering intent into accurate, coordinated models that support design development and construction documentation.
Beyond modelling, you will take ownership of BIM standards, templates and workflows within the team, manage federated models and lead clash detection processes to keep multidisciplinary coordination on track. This is a role where your experience is visible in the quality of the model and the smoothness of the coordination process across every project you touch.
