Qualifications

• 3–5 years’ experience in property, infrastructure, consulting, government or professional services.
• Strong analytical and problem‑solving skills.
• Ability to interpret information and explain findings clearly.
• Effective written and verbal communication skills.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, PowerPoint and Word.
• Good organisation and attention to detail, with ability to manage deadlines.
• Collaborative approach and willingness to learn.
• Experience in financial modelling, business cases, market research or property advisory (EstateMaster a plus).

Responsibilities

• Support property and infrastructure advisory assignments, including feasibility assessments and business cases.
• Undertake quantitative and qualitative analysis of property, market, financial and policy information.
• Prepare client reports, presentations and supporting materials.
• Contribute to financial modelling, market research and demand analysis.
• Support proposals, pitches and project administration.
• Collaborate with colleagues across assignments, manage priorities and quality.
• Build relationships with clients and team members; share ideas for improvement.
