Cushman & Wakefield is seeking a Senior Consultant in Strategic Consulting to join our Canberra team. You will contribute to research, analysis and client advice across a range of assignments while developing technical, commercial and consulting skills.

You might specialise in financial modelling, business cases, market research or data analysis, and contribute to proposals, reports and client deliverables.

Qualifications

• 3–5 years' experience in property, infrastructure, consulting, government or professional services.
• Strong analytical and problem‑solving skills.
• Ability to interpret information and explain findings clearly.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Proficiency in MS Excel, PowerPoint and Word.
• Strong organizational skills and ability to manage competing deadlines.
• Collaborative approach and willingness to learn.
• Experience in financial modelling, business cases, market research, property advisory or EstateMaster is valuable.

Responsibilities

• Support property and infrastructure advisory assignments, including feasibility assessments, business cases, property strategies and transaction work.
• Undertake quantitative and qualitative analysis and interpret property, market, financial and policy information.
• Prepare client reports, presentations and supporting materials.
• Contribute to financial modelling, market research and demand analysis as required.
• Support proposals, pitches and project administration.
• Collaborate with colleagues across assignments, manage priorities and maintain quality.
• Build relationships with clients and contribute ideas to improve how we work.
