Job summary

BAC Insurance Brokers in Sydney is seeking a Senior Placement Specialist to own a portfolio of large, complex strata and community association clients and to lead placement strategies that require experience, creativity and strong insurer relationships.

You'll join an experienced broking leadership team, own portfolio growth, bring your market connections, and influence strategy at a senior level while delivering value for clients and the business.

Qualifications

• Strong insurance broking experience.
• Experience managing large/complex property risks.
• Established insurer and underwriting relationships.
• Commercial mindset and negotiation skills.
• Ability to engage with senior stakeholders.

Responsibilities

• Manage a portfolio of large and complex strata and property risks.
• Lead renewal and placement strategies for difficult accounts.
• Negotiate directly with insurers and underwriters.
• Act as a senior technical voice in client and committee meetings.
• Build strong relationships with clients, strata managers and insurer partners.
• Support and mentor brokers across the business.
• Contribute to growth of BAC's large and high-value building portfolio.
• Strengthen BAC's reputation for technical excellence and trusted advice.
