Strata Manager | Great Culture | Up to $100K + Super

$90,000 – $100,000 + super + commission. Over $110,000 Package

We are seeking a Strata Manager with at least 12 months' experience to join a highly supportive and professional strata management team with a fantastic culture.

This is not a sink-or-swim environment. You'll work closely with experienced leadership who genuinely believe in mentoring, supporting and developing their people.

We're looking for someone who:

• Has at least 12 months' strata management experience
• Is a confident communicator and problem solver
• Can manage multiple priorities without becoming overwhelmed
• Is comfortable dealing with clients, contractors and committees
• Has sound financial literacy and understands budgets and reports
• Can interpret legislation and assist with insurance matters
• Is practical, organised and solutions-focused
• Can manage everything from maintenance issues to larger building projects
• Knows when to email — and when to pick up the phone
• Has a genuine can-do attitude and enjoys working as part of a team
