Job summary

Coles is seeking a senior leader to head Store Operations, overseeing a large store network and a leadership team of Regional Managers. You’ll translate strategy into execution, drive commercial and customer outcomes, and steer through significant change at enterprise scale.

You will lead across commercial, transformation, digital and operational priorities, ensuring strong performance while building leadership capability for future executive roles within Coles Group.

Qualifications

• Significant leadership experience in a large, dispersed organisation.
• Strong commercial acumen with P&L accountability.
• Proven ability to lead through senior leaders and drive enterprise results.
• Breadth beyond operations across commercial, transformation or digital functions.
