Job summary

CareCone Group seeks a senior data engineer to design, develop, and optimize complex SQL queries and views in Google BigQuery for large-scale analytics. You will collaborate with analysts and stakeholders to translate requirements into efficient BigQuery solutions and use Python (Pandas) for data wrangling.

The role emphasizes performance tuning, data modeling, and governance, with exposure to cloud platforms and best practices in secure data handling.

Qualifications

• 12+ years of hands-on experience in SQL development (experience in PL/SQL or other RDBMS is acceptable).
• Strong expertise in Google BigQuery or similar cloud-based data warehouses is preferred but not mandatory
• Self starter with ability to interact with Onshore and deliver SQL solutions independently.
• Proven ability to write and optimize complex SQL queries for large datasets.
• Basic experience with Python, especially Pandas for data manipulation.
• Solid understanding of data modeling, partitioning, and performance tuning in BigQuery.
• Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills
