Carpentaria in Alice Springs seeks a Senior Speech Pathologist to deliver person-centred therapy to NDIS participants across Central Australia. The role involves regular travel to remote communities and relocation to Alice Springs for interstate candidates.

The ideal candidate has 3+ years as a Speech Pathologist, is based in or willing to relocate to Alice Springs, and has NDIS knowledge with experience with Aboriginal and Torres Strait Islander peoples preferred.

Qualifications

• Minimum 3 years of experience as a Speech Pathologist.
• Based in (or willing to relocate to) Alice Springs.
• Willing to work across Central Australia with regular overnight travel.
• Knowledge of the NDIS preferred.
• Experience with Aboriginal and Torres Strait Islander peoples preferred.

We’re seeking a Senior Speech Pathologist to deliver person-centred therapy to NDIS participants in Central Australia. You’ll be based in Alice Springs, with the opportunity for regular travel to remote communities including Kintore and Papunya.

The clinician we’re searching for

• Minimum 3 years of experience as a Speech Pathologist
• Based in (or willing to relocate to) Alice Springs
• Willing to work across the stunning desert region of Central Australia (regular overnight travel via 4WD)
• Commitment to innovative, person-centred services that promote choice and control
• Knowledge of the NDIS (preferred)
• Experience working with Aboriginal and Torres Strait Islander peoples (preferred)
