Early Start Australia Wembley is seeking a Senior Speech Pathologist to deliver high‑quality assessments and intervention while mentoring a team of clinicians. You will work with children and families to support communication, social skills, and daily life participation.

Qualifications

• Must have CPSP status or be eligible for CPSP.
• Experience delivering paediatric speech pathology assessments and interventions.
• Excellent communication and collaboration with families and stakeholders.
• Current Working with Children Check, NDIS Worker Screening Check, National Police Check, and a valid driver’s license.

Responsibilities

• Deliver evidence-based speech pathology assessments and interventions.
• Manage a diverse paediatric caseload.
• Support and mentor junior clinicians.
• Provide clinical guidance and contribute to service excellence.
• Develop and monitor client-centred therapy plans and goals.
• Prepare high-quality reports and clinical documentation.
• Collaborate with families, educators, and allied health professionals.
• Contribute to a positive, high-performing team culture.
