Job summary

GV Health is seeking an experienced Senior Speech Pathologist to join the Neurodevelopmental Psychiatry Clinic (NPC) within the Infant, Child and Youth Mental Health & Wellbeing Service. The role focuses on autism assessments and MDT discussions, delivering high-quality Speech Pathology assessments for children with Neurodevelopmental Disorders.

The position is Permanent Part Time (32 hours per fortnight) and based at Graham Street.

Qualifications

• Current registration with Speech Pathology Australia.
• Knowledge of Neurodevelopmental Disorders, particularly Autism Spectrum Disorder.
• Strong understanding of child development and communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Conduct Autism-focused Speech Pathology assessments.
• Participate in Multidisciplinary Team discussions.
• Contribute to clinical governance and care planning for children.
